Does Aqua Backflow Test Backflow Preventers?

We do not test, install, or repair backflow preventers. A list of testers is available at the link below. We cannot schedule an appointment or suggest a testing company.

How Do I Enter Test Results Into TrackMyBackflow.com?

Only registered backflow testers can access and/or enter data into TrackMyBackflow.com

1. Login to TrackMyBackflow.com

2. Clink on "Search - Enter Test Results" on the right side of your screen.

3. Search by either Site ID, Hazard ID, or search using both the device Serial Number and Address (number only)

4. You should see a list of all testable backflow preventers at the site. If you can't find the correct backflow preventer, email or fax us the test form, or give us a call (our contact info is at the bottom of this page)

5. Verify the category, serial number, and model of the hazard

6. Once verified, click 'Add Test' and verify the information on this screen as well

7. Fill in all possible fields on the test form, and click Submit. If there is a fee, your test is now in your company administrator's shopping card, awaiting payment.

How Do I Make A Payment?

1. Login to the TrackMyBackflow.com App (Admin user must make the payment)

2. Click on the “My Company” icon on the right of your screen.

3. Click on the “Shopping cart” icon on the bottom of your screen.

4. Click on the test results that you entered, highlighting them all. This moves the entries to the payment area on the screen to the right.

5. The Pay-Pal screen will pop up with your total to be paid for. Click on that screen and it will redirect you to a screen where you can make your choice to pay with Pay-Pal or a credit card. ( Pay-Pal is our merchant account credit card processor)

6. The rest is like any other online check out system.

7. You will have a receipt e-mailed to you and you can find a receipt in your “Payment Icon” at the bottom of the screen.

 

My Name Doesn't Show Under The "Initial Test By" Field

This means your backflow license has expired. Upload a copy of your updated license to TrackMyBackflow.com by clicking on 'My Company' on the right side of your screen and then 'Testers' on the bottom of your screen.

 

I don't show up on the registered testers list.

To be placed on the Registered Testers list, go to the "New Tester Registration" tab on TrackMyBackflow.com, or click on this link to be sent directly to the New Tester Registration form.

 

My Test Failed, What Do I Do?

If your test fails, you (the tester) should submit the failed test, or make an immediate repair, then enter the passing and failed test data on the same submission.
